Rib Rub Recipe:

• 1/4 cup paprika
• 1/2 t ground cayenne pepper
• 4 t mustard powder
• 1 t ground cumin
• 1/2 t onion powder
• 1/4 t oregano
• 1-1/2 t garlic powder
• 1 T chili powder
• 1/3 cup packed dark brown sugar
• 1 T t kosher salt
• 1/2 t ground black pepper
• 1/2 t dried thyme
