• 2 large habaneros, de-seeded
• 4 large tomatillos, cleaned
• 1 small tomato
• 1 clove garlic
• 1 tsp salt
• 1 medium lime
• 2 Tbsp agave nectar
• 1 handful fresh cilantro
• 1/4 small onion - finely diced.

Quarter the habaneros, tomatillos, and tomatoes. Roast / broil them until browned.

Add everything to a blender and puree till smooth.

Rip and tear.
