• 1/2 cup butter, softened
• 2/3 cup light brown sugar, packed
• 1 large egg
• 1/2 t vanilla extract
• 1/4 t almond extract
• 3/4 cup flour (all purpose)
• 1/2 t baking soda
• 1/4 t salt
• 1-1/2 cup rolled oats

1. Cream butter, sugar, egg, and extracts until smooth.
2. Slowly add in flour, baking soda, and salt.
3. Stir in oats
4. Scoop onto a pan and bake at 350 for 10 to 12 minutes.
