I have been doing some experiments on the recipe. These are the results.
- 1 dozen eggs - boiled over hard
- 2 cups Vinegar
- 1/8 cup Vegetable Oil
- 1/2 an Onion - coarsely chopped into slices
- 5 T Roasted Habanero Garlic Sauce (I used Melindas)
- 2 T Asian Chili Garlic Sauce (like this)
- 1T plus 1t Salt
- 1.5t Garlic Powder
- 1t Onion Powder
- 1t Minced Ginger
- 12 oz Pickled Jalapenos or Pepperoncinis
- 1 T extra hot habanero sauce
You need to let it soak for a couple weeks in the fridge before they're properly ready.
