- 2 large habaneros, de-seeded
- 4 large tomatillos, cleaned
- 1 small tomato
- 1 clove garlic
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 medium lime
- 2 Tbsp agave nectar
- 1 handful fresh cilantro
- 1/4 small onion - finely diced.
Quarter the habaneros, tomatillos, and tomatoes. Roast / broil them until browned.
Add everything to a blender and puree till smooth.
