- 1/2 cup butter, softened
- 2/3 cup light brown sugar, packed
- 1 large egg
- 1/2 t vanilla extract
- 1/4 t almond extract
- 3/4 cup flour (all purpose)
- 1/2 t baking soda
- 1/4 t salt
- 1-1/2 cup rolled oats
- Cream butter, sugar, egg, and extracts until smooth.
- Slowly add in flour, baking soda, and salt.
- Stir in oats
- Scoop onto a pan and bake at 350 for 10 to 12 minutes.
