- 1/2 cup milk
- 2-1/4 t yeast
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1/3 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 1 egg
- 1/2 cup warm H2O
- 3-1/2 cup all purpose flour (may need more to prevent sticking)
- 1 tsp salt
- mix all ingredients
- knead for 8 minutes
- let rise overnight
- roll out to 1/4" thick
- Spread a layer of butter or margarine on the dough
- LIBERALLY coat with cinnamon and sugar
- Roll up dough, and cut into rolls 1"-2" thick.
- bake at 375 until golden brown
