  1. mix all ingredients
  2. knead for 8 minutes
  3. let rise overnight
  4. roll out to 1/4" thick
  5. Spread a layer of butter or margarine on the dough
  6. LIBERALLY coat with cinnamon and sugar
  7. Roll up dough, and cut into rolls 1"-2" thick.
  8. bake at 375 until golden brown
You gotta pass gas to pass gas class.
